We're looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our clients friendly HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has excellent attention to detail and is looking to build a rewarding career in Human Resources.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, absence records and personal information in line with GDPR.
Update and manage HR systems, ensuring employee data remains accurate and accessible.
Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters and employee correspondence.
Support the administration of holidays, absence and other HR records.
Assist with recruitment by advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters.
Support pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
Ensure all new starters receive a professional and welcoming induction experience.
Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing advice where appropriate or escalating when required.
Provide administrative support for employee relations matters.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing activities to help create a positive workplace culture.
Work closely with the payroll team, providing accurate information relating to starters, leavers and contractual changes.
Support the administration of employee benefits, pensions and holiday entitlement.
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are the same.
Previous administration experience, ideally within an HR environment, or a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role.
Experience within manufacturing or FMCG (beneficial but not essential).
Experience using HR systems.
CIPD Level 3 qualification or a willingness to work towards one (support may be available).
